ADVENTUROUS “TAPAS”

I sit in front of the computer and try to put in order my ideas to tell you the experiences we have had with SPAINVENTURE on my last trip with them, in my “Adventure Tourism” being an adventurer in Andalusia.

They were different sensations than I could imagine when I planned my trip to a different place to my country where I live. I wanted to know Spain, birth place of my father, and chatting at a dinner with friends I tell the idea, and these people recommended me to contact with SPAINVENTURE, they had traveled and enjoyed the Adventure Tourism that they propose.

My first contact was when Arriving at Barajas airport in Madrid, transferring in the AVE (High Speed ​​Train) to the city of Malaga in Andalusia, facing the Mediterranean, I was amazed the amount of different languages ​​that you hear at every step… is amazing: you arrive a very international & super cosmopolitan land.

The guys at SPAINVENTURE, very attentive waiting for us at the train terminal, pick us up on their private transport, and we prepare for a different holiday. Fun, Adrenaline and Vertigo promised us and fulfilled !!!, will be a fantastic days in which we´ll doing “Vías Ferratas”, an amazing and relaxing excursion of “Kayaking” in the Mediterranean, “Canyoning” and to culminate a “Hot Air Balloon Flight” that I can not describe you .. . Awesome!!!.

SPAINVENTURE promises Adventure Sports, but what they offered us after these fantastic activities and which we loved were the visit the “Tapas” restaurant, typical of Spain, where we tasted some fantastic tapas, all different.

Being in the province of Cordoba, north of Malaga, and after making a “Via Ferrata”, we went to eat to a “Tapas” restaurant and were told to we tried the “Salmorejo”, similar to gazpacho. I never imagined that such a simple dish can feed me so much and be so tasty (Tomato, Garlic, Bread, Olive Oil, Ham Serrano Egg and a little salt … all well spiced …).

After the trip in Kayak through the fantastic beaches of the Andalusian Mediterranean, we left the kayaks and went to eat tapas to a “Chiringuito”A Beach Bar -, where they cooked for us some “Prawns at Pil-Pil” (prawns, garlic, Olive oil, chile pepper, paprika and a touch of salt), terrific, topped with “Tortilla of Potatoes”.

These guys from SPAINVENTURE were taking care of our Adventure Tourism and to show us the typical Andalusian food … they guys are fantastic. Every day that we spent was incredible, Adventure Tourism, a traditional tourist visit, meet and try typical foods … jejeje.

The Balloon Flight, an unique experience!!, was something tremendously good, super quiet, with the pilot who telling us every detail about the landscape, until the landing in the field, where we were waiting for SPAINVENTURE to take us to know on foot the City of Ronda, front To Marbella and Banus Port, and then go  to “Tapear” as not … hehehe, today he played tapas of “Chickpeas with Spinach” and a “Pisto” (onions, red and green peppers, zuchini, eggplant, olive oil and salt).
